Different pressure and flow rate require the relative plunger size. you can select the appropriate fluid end consumables according to your working environment at the site. The standard plunger sizes of TY-TWS2250 include 4-inch, 4.5-inch, 5-inch models. They are also available in 3-inch, 3.75-inch, 5.5-inch and 5.75-inch. Valve assemblies, plunger packing, springs are needed in different sizes respectively.

The material of the frac pump fluid end parts is optional. The sealing fluid end diagrams, rubber, and plastic parts are made of NBR except the valve insert is made of TPU. The material of these metal fluid end consumables can be chosen. The bushing and adapter of the packing assembly are made of copper, others metal fluid end consumables can be made of the material 8620H, 4140H, 302/304, 4330V, and other options. You can select the fitting material of the fluid end components in abide by the running environment.

Quarterly (or every 250 hours) preventative maintenance: inspecting the plungers and packing assembly fluid end expendables. All packing pressure rings and header rings need to be replaced.
Yearly(or every 250 hours) preventative maintenance: worn or corroded plungers, packing brass, valve covers, the suction valve stops, packing nuts, discharge flanges, discharge flange seals, suction manifold seals.
