TY-HT400 Well service pump

Equivalent to SJS/HALLIBURTON MADE HT400 pump.

TY400 well service pump is equivalent to Halliburton made HT400 pump. It is designed to handle various duty well applications including acidizing, cementing, fracturing and gravel packing. It features a compact and lightweight design; you can airlift it easily into remote areas.

TY-HT400 well service pump, same as HT400 triplex pump, is a horizontal single acting reciprocating pump and rated at 600 brake horsepower.

TianyuMfg fabricates this pump with high strength raw materials to help improve its well service performance, including durable forging -aluminum connecting rod, customized discharge flanges, pressure-lubricated crankshaft, tough crosshead guides, and wrist pin bearings. We have enhanced the design of the fluid end as well with high-performance packing sets, You can also replace the three separate fluid end sections individually if needed.

How to Test TY-HT400 Pump?

After manufacturing the TianyunMfg TY-HT400 pump undergoes a strenuous testing procedure to ensure the best possible efficacy. These tests are necessary before moving the pump to the pumping site to avoid any mishap. The Chambers for fluid end are tested under extreme pressures which are far beyond the usual pressure threshold on the ground. After the assembly of fluid end Chambers, they are tested once again under extreme pressure conditions. The pump is tested for the third time when it is attached to the power end paraphernalia. Power end modules also undergo strenuous testing in the TianyuMfg testing facility.

After an hour of rigorous testing under increasing pressure and speed, the pump is assembled with the rest of the unit. After the culmination of testing at the testing site, the pump is further tested during the final inspection.
